• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — the wagering requirement must be met first.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

j5555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Identification of an underage user.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

In the case of self-exclusion, the user may request to close their own account. In this case, the existing balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed. The option to reactivate a closed account may be provided subject to applicable conditions.
